What We Do

The job of staffing is to properly vet tech candidates, not sending a group of unqualified candidates that have not been properly assessed to a hiring manager. TechScreen, powered by AI Verify, ensures you are sending top-tier technology candidates to your clients by providing you with the information and tools needed to technically vet candidates in real-time. With the right questions, the ability to identify a good response and our evolving Artificial Intelligence evaluating and summarizing the candidate, recruiters are able to confidently assess a candidate and identify legitimate candidates at a high rate.
Sending large volumes of unqualified candidates does not lead to more placements. Sending highly qualified candidates with clear summaries of their knowledge and experience does lead to more placements, quickly.

From The Beginning

In 1996, TechScreen founder, Mark Knowlton started recruiting for an IT staffing firm. Mark knew there was a problem with properly vetting technical candidates and wanted to disrupt the staffing industry with a new way to ensure candidates are qualified for the job they are interviewing.

Mark would sit in on interviews with high-end developers and write down everything they were saying. Learning various questions to ask and how to debrief them based on their answers to know how that translates to what they can and can’t do. He read all the various white papers there were on tech and became consumed with tech content. His years of experience in the industry, combined with his passion for the tech space led to the creation of TechScreen.

TechScreen was created with a mission to quickly validate tech candidates without spending copious amounts of time learning tech material. Today, TechScreen is setting the precedent for tech recruiting and raising the hiring process standards in the staffing industry.
